Today was the closing day for the VBS. This is always an emotional time for the team and kids. A huge bond develops in just a few days here. There is great joy in seeing the response by the kids to the Youth and the program they have presented during the week. There is also sadness in parting knowing that it will be some time before we meet again if at all. There is also the uncertainty in many cases of what might be the future for some of the kids that have come to cherish this group.

The afternoon was spent taken down and cleaning up. Debriefing was handle at the top of the mountain in the Cumberland Park. This is a time of reflection and acknowledgement of the Lord working through each of the participants.

The closing Worship wrapped up the week on Joshua. Tonight's message focused on Surrender, Trust and Obedience. Thank God for what He is going to do. Final trip to Sonic and a little rest as tomorrow the team returns to NC.

Please pray for the kids we leave here and that the seeds will be water and a harvest will be reaped.
